Let's breathe, calm the mind, and create. All levels.
Learn tools to connect within. In this workshop, you will be led through a guided meditation in a compassionate, creative space.
Followed by a few gentle, stretches and movements seated.
Once we’ve awakened the body, we will move into our art practice to release stress and practice being present in the moment through colour and curiousity.
Experiment with art materials and leave with your own work of art inspired by appreciating the present moment and your inner creative flame. All levels welcome!
You will leave feeling calmer and reminded of your own inner power. I am so looking forward to practicing mindfulness and creativity with you!
