“I started coming to HeartBeat yoga for prenatal classes when I was pregnant with my little guy. Karina’s warm, welcoming and calming energy made each class such a treat (not to mention her amazing head massages!). It quickly became the highlight of my week and such a beautiful, grounding experience throughout my pregnancy. It was so nice to connect with her and meet other expecting mamas, to share our experiences, marvel at the ways our bodies were changing and laugh together. After giving birth, returning to exercise felt daunting but, thanks to Karina, the experience was wonderful. It’s so obvious that she genuinely loves what she does and her classes are a reflection of that. Just like in prenatal yoga, she provides a beautiful opportunity for connection and has built this amazing community. My son is almost 6 months old and he LOVES her!
